We pledge to provide disenfranchised and diverse youth and young adults with the opportunity to pursue their passions in coffee, and to create a lasting impact on the global specialty coffee industry.

We are also devoted to providing resources and support to those who are underrepresented in the coffee industry, including mentorship, job training, and financial assistance.
