Specialty coffee has always had a belonging problem. The knowledge, the careers, the rooms where decisions get made — they've been accessible to some and out of reach for many. We started The Color of Coffee Collective to change the math on that.
Your gift funds hands-on coffee education for youth who've never seen themselves in this industry. It keeps our programs free and accessible for adults looking to upskill or change careers. It brings Coffee For All to communities across the country that deserve access to specialty coffee education just as much as anyone else.
Here's what your investment makes possible: $25 goes toward supplies for a student just getting started. $55 covers a full week of Coffee Camp materials. $100 gets us a fifth of the way to fully sponsoring one student. $250 funds half of a complete Coffee Camp experience. $500 sends one young person through all eight weeks — supplies, mentorship, and everything in between.
