This natural process lot is complex, fruit-forward, and exactly the kind of profile many roasters love from Ethiopia.
Wondafrash has been in coffee for over 10 years. He actually started as an exporter, handling coffees for his family members —part of a family of 29 siblings, almost all of whom work in coffee. This coffee comes from Wondafrash’s third processing station, which he opened in 2021 in the Hambella district of Guji. The station sits at about 2300 MASL, and cherries are collected from around 30 smallholder farmers who live nearby.
