Our Programs
We currently run three programs, each one built on the same belief: that specialty coffee education should be available to everyone, not just those who already have access to it. Together they reach young people, working professionals, and everyday consumers — in classrooms, in communities, and on the road.
Coffee Camp
Coffee Camp is our flagship youth program — an immersive, hands-on specialty coffee experience for young people from underserved communities. Over eight weeks, meeting three times a week, participants learn the fundamentals of specialty coffee, develop real industry skills, and connect with mentors who help them see a future in this field.
95% of our Coffee Camp students have never encountered specialty coffee before walking through our doors. 100% come from underserved communities. And every single one of them leaves with something the industry has been slow to offer them: knowledge, confidence, and a seat at the table.
Coffee Camp runs annually. Interested in sponsoring a student or bringing Coffee Camp to your community?

Coffee, Cameras & Community
Coffee, Cameras & Community is where two creative worlds meet. This program brings together the photography and specialty coffee communities to explore the role of third spaces — coffee shops, cafes, community gathering places — in the fabric of our neighborhoods, both historically and today.
It's part education, part storytelling, part celebration of the spaces that hold us together. Because understanding coffee means understanding the communities it lives in.
Coffee For All
Coffee For All takes our education on the road. Instead of asking communities to come to us, we go to them — traveling to cities across the country to bring specialty coffee programming, industry networking, and hands-on learning to people who deserve access to it just as much as anyone else.
Each stop is part education event, part community gathering, part economic investment in the local coffee shops and spaces that make each city's coffee culture unique.
